Orders, products & stock
Most orders are ready within 24 hours.
This happens when products are on backorder (our suppliers are out of stock). We aim to restock these as soon as we can.
Let us know! If you do:
- We can advise when to expect new stock.
- We can reserve it for you and let you know as soon as it arrives.
- We can provide advice if there is going to be a long wait for it to be restocked.
Shipping
We deliver all across New Zealand.
NZ Post
- We will ship our order as soon as we have it in stock (within 24hrs).
- For deliveries within town/city, by 5pm the next working day.
- Otherwise, NZ Post aims for 3 working days for all deliveries.
