CALMEX® FOR CATS can supply key nutraceutical ingredients, to support the function and health of neurons, at times when behavioural support is required. The tasty liquid formulation is designed to make the product easy to use and can be given in either the short or long term. It can be used, alongside other techniques, to support cats experiencing behavioral challenges.
CALMEX® FOR CATS has a tasty pork liver and yeast flavoring, making it highly palatable.
INFORMATION ON BEHAVIOUR: Behavioral challenges are very common in both dogs and cats, with around 3 out of 4 owners reporting behavioral challenges in their pets. Frequently reported challenges include separation related behaviors, noise sensitivities and uncertainty in new situations.
The main things to look out for in cats are:
- Hiding away
- Scratching surfaces or furniture
- Aggression
- Accidents outside of the litter box
- Reduced appetite
- Hissing
- Excessive licking/grooming
- Seeming tense or uncertain
